How to get there
Planning your journey to the EU PVSEC 2025 is easy, no matter how you travel—by air, public transport, or car.

From the City Centre
For a quick, cost-effective, and eco-friendly commute, we recommend using public transport:
- Bilbao’s Metro Line 2 operates from Basauri to Kabiezes, with Ansio metro station conveniently located just outside the event venue.
- The journey from the city center (via Moyua metro station) to the BEC (via Ansio metro station) takes just 15 minutes. A single ticket costs €1.70.
- Consider purchasing a rechargeable Barik card for multiple metro trips.

Arriving by Train
Bilbao is well connected by train to other major cities in Spain:
- The train journey from Madrid takes approximately 5 hours.
- From Barcelona, the trip is just over 6 hours.
- A direct daily train connects Bilbao to Vigo, located on the Galicia coast.
The main train station in Bilbao is Bilbao Abando, also known as Estación del Norte, which serves all long-distance Renfe trains. Adjacent to it is Concordia station, offering services from local trains like FEVE.
From the Airport
Bilbao International Airport offers over 600 weekly flights, with direct connections to cities across Europe.
You can easily reach the EU PVSEC venue (Bilbao Exhibition Centre – BEC) from the airport by public transport or taxi:

By Public Transport:
- Take the Termibus A3247 airport bus for 2 stops and get off at Moyua Square, right in the city center.
- From Moyua, walk to the Moyua metro station and take the metro for 7 stops, alighting at Ansio metro station.
- Exit at BEC and the venue will be directly ahead of you.
The entire journey from the airport takes around 45 minutes, with just 15 minutes by metro from Moyua (city center) to the BEC.
By Taxi:
A taxi from the airport to Bilbao city center takes approximately 20 minutes and costs around €25-30. The taxi rank is conveniently located right outside the airport terminal.
