By plane: 2 airports, minutes away
Rotterdam offers a unique dual-airport advantage:
- Schiphol Amsterdam Airport: one of the world’s busiest international hubs, just 24 minutes by train from Rotterdam Central Station. For more information you can also check the Schiphol airline overview and all European & international destinations.
- Rotterdam The Hague Airport: serving over 40 European cities, located just outside the city centre.
Together, these gateways connect Rotterdam to more than 300 global destinations, making it one of the most accessible conference destinations in Europe.
By train: high-speed rail hub
Rotterdam is a major hub in Europe’s high-speed rail network, connecting directly to key capitals and business cities across the continent. With Eurostar, Thalys, and ICE services running daily, delegates can travel seamlessly between Rotterdam and major hubs like London, Paris, Brussels, and Frankfurt. NS International (Dutch Railroad Company) provides train travel from any Dutch train station to over 3,300 destinations throughout Europe.
This means:
- A reliable and sustainable alternative to air travel.
- Frequent, direct connections for international delegates.
- Smooth transfers through Rotterdam Central Station, one of Europe’s most modern rail hubs.
Public transport to and from WTC Rotterdam
WTC Rotterdam is extremely easy to reach by public transport. The Beurs Rotterdam metro stop, for example, is only a one-minute walk from the main entrance to the WTC. There are also several tram stops just outside the front door. And you can easily walk from the Rotterdam central train station to WTC Rotterdam in around 10 minutes’ time.
Parking at WTC Rotterdam
WTC Rotterdam is located in the heart of the city between Coolsingel, Meent and the Beursplein. Fortunately, we have plenty of parking. In fact, we have no fewer than two car parks. With more than 600 parking spots, there is always an available spot for you. The parking rate is €1.95 per half hour, while full-day parking (or lost ticket) costs €35.
