SALD B.V. has thin film deposition tools based on Spatial Atomic Layer Deposition (Spatial ALD) Technology. Deposition tools are available for both Sheet-to-Sheet and Roll-to-Roll, for R&D and high-volume manufacturing. The Deposition tools are flexible to different substrate sizes. Several layers can be deposited such as: ALD Al2O3, ALD TiOx, ALD SnOx, ALD SiO2 and ALD ZnO:Al.
