This year’s dinner features a vibrant flying buffet (walking dinner) instead of traditional seated arrangements, creating the perfect setting for relaxed networking and lively conversations. Two exclusive events will take place on Sunday, 13 September, just one day before the EU PVSEC opens.

The PV Academy offers a dedicated educational programme featuring three in-depth sessions designed to provide deep insights into selected PV research and development topics. It supports the global PV community by strengthening fundamental knowledge of PV technologies, helping newcomers navigate the field, contextualising the latest research advances, and giving graduates and educators the opportunity to refresh and update their expertise.

The EU Funding Academy delivers two intensive, hands-on workshops tailored to project and financial professionals. “EU Projects Proposal Writing: From Vision to Success” focuses on Horizon Europe proposal strategies, impact design, methodology development, and common pitfalls — with interactive exercises and an Ask-Me-Anything session. The second workshop, “EU Projects Financial Management: From Grant Agreement to Audit Readiness”, provides practical guidance on budgeting, eligible costs, personnel calculations, reporting, and audit preparation. Both workshops are limited in size to ensure individual attention and conclude with a WIP-stamped certificate of attendance.
