The EU PVSEC 2023 was a resounding success! We were thrilled by the high number of participants and the exciting discussions during the event.

You speak – we listen! Your feedback is invaluable to us. 10% of attendees completed our post-event survey and we are pleased to share some of the results with you.

Participant Satisfaction: 95 % of participants rated the event with a 7 or higher (on a scale of 1 (not satisfied) – 10 (very satisfied).

Reason to attend: The comprehensive conference programme is the number one reason to attend, followed by presenting the research work to peers and networking.

Exhibition: The exhibition is a valuable and growing complement to the conference, which is the focus of the event. However, there is room for improvement by expanding its presence with companies covering the whole value chain closely related to the research presented at the event.

We appreciate your honest input, which will help us improve and better tailor future events to your expectations.

This year, the EU PVSEC introduced sustainability initiatives for the first time. We are pleased to share the feedback from our participants regarding these actions:

• An impressive 64% of respondents rated the sustainability efforts with a score of 7 or higher.
• Approximately 21% of respondents embraced and purchased the green ticket, while others were more uncertain about it.

We also take this opportunity to share that, as organisers, we are offsetting the CO2 emissions generated by the event itself, including those from the venue, catering, team travel, and accommodations. Additionally, all profits collected through the sale of green tickets are directly transferred to our partner, myclimate, a non-profit organisation, in support of the following two projects.
