Dear Participants,

It has recently come to our attention that some of our valued participants have been targeted by phishing emails.

We would like to emphasise that we have a strict policy of not sharing participants' data with any external entities.
Our data processing practices fully comply with the GDPR, and we use the information solely for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We would like to heighten your awareness that companies can obtain data in various ways.
For instance, your listing as a speaker in the official Conference Programme may lead them to assume your presence in Lisbon for the event.
Quite often, your email address is visible on your organisation's website, or it can easily be deduced by observing the pattern of how company emails are structured.

Unfortunately, phishing emails quite common in the event sector.
Nevertheless, we want to assure you that we take the highest security measures in processing your data.
