 | | The Conversation Starts before September: Two Exclusive Free Webinars in JuneThe EU PVSEC is bringing together leading experts from across the renewable energy sector for two upcoming webinars exploring some of the most pressing challenges and opportunities of the energy transition.
From Grid Congestion to Grid Resilience: The Role of Flexibility Enablers
11 June 2026 | 15:30- 16:30 CEST
As solar deployment accelerates across Europe, grid congestion is
increasingly limiting the integration of new renewable energy projects.
This webinar, co-organised with Energy Storage Europe, will examine how
energy storage, demand response, smart controls and digital energy
management can help unlock additional PV capacity and strengthen grid
resilience.
Bringing together experts from research and industry, the session will
feature presentations by Dr Venizelos Efthymiou (EPL Technology
Frontiers Ltd), Jessie Ciulla Shea (Energy Dome) and Dr Tsvetelina
Merdzhanova (Forschungszentrum Jülich). Together, they will showcase
innovative solutions for managing congestion, balancing renewable
generation and making better use of existing grid infrastructure.
Participants will also gain an exclusive preview of one of the key
debates shaping the opening of the EU PVSEC 2026 and explore how
flexibility can help transform grid constraints into opportunities for a
renewable-powered future.
Industry Summit Webinar: The Masterplan for 100% Renewable Energy
16 June 2026 | 15:00 - 16:00 CEST
What would a fully renewable energy system look like, and what technologies are needed to make it a reality?
As part of the EU PVSEC Industry Summit programme, this webinar will
explore the implications of a world powered entirely by renewable energy
and the technologies and infrastructure required to support the
transition. The session will feature presentations by Dr. Radovan
Kopecek (ISC Konstanz) and Prof. Dr. Peter Fath (RCT Solutions),
followed by a live Q&A discussion.
Both webinars are free of charge and offer valuable insights from leading voices in the renewable energy sector.
Register today and join the conversation shaping Europe's energy future.
